WHY SHOULD I RIDE WITH LET’S TOUR HOLLYWOOD?
Let’s Tour Hollywood is the #1 tour company in Los Angeles. We use small, 12-passenger, open-air shuttles which are better than large busses for traveling up in the Hollywood Hills next to celebrity mansions. You will be right next to the stars’ homes, and you’ll also be able to speak directly with our tour guides and ask them any questions you have about the sights you’re seeing.
WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE MY TICKET ONLINE?
Ours tours often sell out well in advance so we strongly recommend that you purchase your tickets online to maximize your chances of getting the tour time and date you prefer. You can purchase your tickets for our Star Homes and Celebrity Sites Tour by going to our Open Bus Tour page and clicking any of the ‘BOOK NOW’ buttons. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?
After you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. You can print your ticket or confirmation email. If you are unable to print your tickets, you can show us your confirmation email and a valid ID when you come to take your tour (please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can get you properly checked in for your tour).
HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?
While our tour lasts approximately 2 hours, please allow for at least 2.5 hours due to variable traffic patterns in Los Angeles. All tours depart from our office on Hollywood Blvd. (6363 Hollywood Blvd.). You will have the option of ending your tour either back at our office or at Grauman’s Chinese Theater.
SHOULD I WORRY ABOUT BAD WEATHER?
Most days in Southern California we have great weather! On the occasional cold or rainy day, you won’t have to worry because our vehicles are covered so you’ll stay nice and dry (although we suggest you bring a warm jacket)! In cases of extreme weather, we will work with you to reschedule your tour (subject to availability) or to receive credit for a future tour.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We offer a full refund if you cancel 24 hours prior to your departure time. We also offer a full refund in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full amount. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your departure time to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
IS THE TOUR APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN?
We love having children on the tours with us! Please feel free to bring your children along, but remember that children must follow California’s Safety Seat Laws. If your child needs to be seated in a car seat or booster seat, please bring one with you and we will be happy to help you install it.
